Conference Bookings

An online conference booking tool will open in Early March, following closure of the call for papers. We expect to notify the outcome of abstract submissions at the same time. 

Full details of conference packages will be available when booking opens. Conference fees will be as follows:

Postgraduate student bursaries: we have a number of bursaries for Postgraduate students who are (i) members or EASP or SPA and (ii) presenting either a paper or a poster at the conference. These are allocated on a first come, first served basis and are limited in number. These bursaries allow for a 50% reduction in the conference fee above.  Details of the operation of the bursary scheme will be published when booking opens.

On and off campus overnight bed and breakfast accommodation will be available for booking also, with the former priced at £45 per night and off-campus accommodation at higher prices. This will be bookable online via this site and will be available for booking when conference booking opens.
